What is the payment policy?
20% of the booking amount is due at the moment of booking.
The remaining 80% of the booking amount is due at least 30 days before the check-in.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card payment and bank transfer are accepted, except for last-minute reservations, i.e. for reservations within 30 days before arrival, where payment is only possible by bank transfer.
What is the cancellation policy?
If the reservation is cancelled or modified at least 30 days before arrival, and after the reservation is confirmed and fully paid, 20% of the total price is not refundable while the 80% will be refunded.
If cancelled or modified later than 30 days or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation is not refundable.
