Located only minutes away from the old town center, pristine beaches, and a quiet forest park, this villa is designed with your comfort in mind. Whether you are visiting as a family or as a group of friends, we are happy to provide you with a multitude of amenities for an enjoyable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a small gym, a sauna, a pool, and private parking. The special feature of this house is that it offers small electric scooters for all guests for free and a large barbecue island in the yard. Each of the 6 rooms has a double bed, Sat-TV and a balcony with a view, and a private bathroom. The entire villa is centrally air-conditioned base on your location in the villa and is accessible with a lift. On the ground level, you will find the mini bar, the living room, the kitchen, and the dining area. On the lower level, the villa offers a small gym area and a sauna. On the first level are 3 bedrooms, as are on the second and last level. The villa has 6 private parking places, 6 scooters and the outside pool is 50m2. The Lone beach is only a 10min walk away as the city centre is, while the supermarket is only 200 m away. With our splendid villa, your perfect holiday can begin.

I really reccomend this place, everything is new and clean. I also love the location, close to the park and not far to the old center. We loved the pool too, even in september. Thank you!

The Villa is very modern and perfectly located to ether walk or use the provided scooters to get to the beach or old town. We definitely would stay there again. Mark was an amazing Host and was present at the check in and check out and provided a lot of useful information to make our stay more enjoyable. When accidentally our rear window broke in our car 2 days before driving back to Austria I ask Mark for help, he come with materials and helped to seal the window so we could drive back without problems. We really appreciated the friendliness and care Mark provided for us.
