Villa Z6 is a luxury boutique villa located in the heart of Rovinj which offers a unique and immersive local experience. As with most best luxury homes, Villa Z6 is secluded enough, while at the same time close to local content offer. The property offers a large open living room with kitchen, four bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, and one more bedroom with comfortable sofa bed which can became a home theatre room or a gaming room. There is also a covered terrace with equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ, large rooftop terrace, outdoor space with exclusive plunge pool and 4 private parking spaces. It accommodates 10 adults comfortably, but in addition the house can accommodate up to 4 children's and 4 infants. The rooftop terrace is designed as a chill-out environment, where you can have an aperitif at sunset, with a breath-taking views of the old town, islands and the sea. The large opening and full-height windows (floor to ceiling) make it possible to transform the open space into an en-plein air lounge, thus being able to enjoy the outdoor spaces while remaining comfortably inside and have all the comforts of interior design while you stay outdoors. Take a walk along the Lungomare (Plaza) promenade with exclusive shops, restaurants, and bars. Enjoy the view of yachts and boats harbored in the new five-star marina and visit the Mulini Beach Bar located just minutes away from the villa. Very nice villa! Stayed with the whole family and it had plenty room for 8 adults and 4 children. Great kitchen, big upstairs terrace/loggia and a beautiful pool. Even though the weather was a bit cloudy and rainy the villa made it a very enjoyable stay, I would recommend it in a heartbeat!

Villa Z6 is an absolute gem that exceeds all expectations. From the moment you cross the threshold, guests can feel like they are in a real luxury paradise. The interiors are decorated with great taste, combining modern design with traditional elements, which creates an incredibly cozy and stylish atmosphere. Every detail is thought out, and the comfort of guests is at the highest level. The location of the villa is ideal - on the one hand, peace and quiet, on the other hand, proximity to the charming center of Rovinj, with its picturesque streets and excellent restaurants. The views from the terrace are breathtaking, and the possibility of relaxing by the private pool adds even more uniqueness to the stay. People taking care of the villa and our welcome and farewell are extremely polite and professional, ready to fulfill every wish of the guests. All this makes Villa Z6 a place to come back to. Ideal location, amazing facilities and excellent service - I wholeheartedly recommend this property for an unforgettable vacation.
